Trifid Software has developed enterprise-wide systems for AHEAD, including a web-based sales ordering system, an order tracking system for customer service and sales reps, a sweepstakes promotion website for the marketing department, and a CRM website for customers. Trifid has also converted AHEAD from numerous legacy systems to one integrated ERP system that is also fully integrated with the sales ordering system and other enterprise applications specific to AHEAD. Trifid has also provided strategic planning and deployment of IT infrastructure; managed an implementation of a storage area network(SAN); designed and implemented an Internet Cafe at the PGA Trade Show in Orlando for marketing promotions.

Trifid software has recently completed a very successful website for Harvard University Parking Services which allows students, faculty, and staff to renew their university parking permits. Also included in this development effort was a robust administration tool for the office to use for querying and updating of parking data.
